Hello and welcome to my website! 

Paintlove Studio is just me, Linda Tordoff, a freelance illustrator and surface pattern designer working mainly for the baby and children's market.

My illustrations always start with hand painted and collaged papers which I then work up in photoshop. I've been lucky enough to see my designs as greetings cards, stationery, children's books, fabrics, art prints, height charts and more.  

After graduating from Staffordshire University with a first class degree in surface pattern design, I worked in house for a greeting card publisher before going freelance after the birth of my first child.
